honestly, i've got no problem if someone asks me to not recline my seat. that's polite, and i'm a reasonable person, so i'd obviously comply. but taking the passive-aggressive approach and using a water bottle to prevent me from doing something i'm perfectly allowed to do, that's bullshit.

sorry, but i obviously feel strongly about this issue.

i'm sorry, but if you are SOOOO CONSTRAINED by the person in front of you reclining their seat, lose some weight. and if you put a fucking water bottle down to prevent me from reclining my seat, you are giant bag of douche, and you need to take the damn train or drive next time.

my buddy hitched a ride on craigslist from salt lake city to lake tahoe. the experience was horrifying - plus he's a really good writer, so it reads really well:

all i want is for them to come in different lengths. the standard length is way too short

great piece of writing

hahaha, alright good, as long as you're not one of the shirtless bro's that doesn't even bring a shirt to the venue. fucking hate those guys.

oh god, you're one of those dudes?

Here's my problem with square - if you're already at the store, ordering something from a cashier, i personally find it much easier to hand the cashier a credit card than to open an app and type things. I've never used a phone with NFC, but I can appreciate being able to just pass my phone over some sort of reader

awesome

very very interesting, and actually makes perfect sense

why does the chip look like my cat digested it in that picture?

just tried to buy the helicopter, got my coupon code from stacksocial, and it doesn't work on the manufacturer's site. emailed the guy, waiting for response.

i ordered a 16gb at 11am from AT&T on 9/14 and i just got shipping confirmation, due to be delivered tomorrow. stoked!

by "leak" i mean everyone around you can hear what you're listening to, not outside noise leaking past the noise cancellation

sorry, i said that badly....you don't hear any outside noise when you're listening to them, but everyone around you can hear everything you're listening to.

i own a pair of the audio-technica's, and they leak a TON of noise. did you notice that while reviewing them? other than that, they're phenomenal

+1

well i HAVE to carry a phone for obvious reasons, while an iPad would just sit in my bag until i want to use it. I guess it's not really a deal breaker, but more of an annoyance that I'd rather not have to deal with. when i want to charge my iPad, i don't want to have to unplug one cable from the wall and plug in

so if they release it soon, i'm assuming it's going to have the new connector. so they'll have the normal ipad with the 30pin and the ipad mini/iphone with the 8pin? this doesn't really make sense to me, and it sucks because i really want to buy a 10' ipad but i don't want to have to carry 2 cables all the time -
