Kevin Feige described Ant Man as a heist film which sounds like a promising break from superhero formula.

Yeah but under the old regime Spoiler Space was a good forum to talk about a film with people who have seen it. The new regime seem to use it mainly for films that have major third act plot twists which is a lost opportunity.

And in additional irony she'll be playing an incestuous twin. In the Ultimate Universe, the universe where irony is extra pervy.

Plus she isn't a starving skeleton.

Oh no you can laugh at them all you want. Personally I felt like crying at the injustice of the world when I found out how obscenely rich they are but I can be a bit of a bummer.

As tempting it is to laugh at the Olson's for been a pair of washed up actresses a quick Google search reveals that they have a combined net worth of $300 million dollars. So basically they could have us all killed ala Mr. Burns.

Plus King was responsible for every one of his friend's telltale scares. It was nice detail that underlined what a dickhead and crap friend he was.

*Strides into a pet shop and demands a horse*.

Dennings also looks amazing plus her character has a sense of humor and a personality. That's puts at least two points ahead of Portman who came across as shockingly bland in the first Thor. I found myself wishing that Dennings was the love interest in that film and I imagine that I will feel the same again watching

Whatever about the use of London it has to be better that the use of a boring one horse New Mexico town in the first film. That cheap location seemed to scream "We're only here for a tax break".

I'm more surprised by the lack of a spoiler space. I guess this site doesn't need the extra traffic.

There is a recurring character arc on various Joss Whedon shows. A character starts out happy enough before been dragged through various trials and tribulations. And just when things are beginning to look up for the character (and usually in their romantic life) they are brutally and arbitrarily killed off.

Preferably on Starz. For the……comic timing.

Yep.

Yeah that kiss off line killed and it was a nice payoff for Hopper's recurring touchiness.

Thanks for highlighting this cult gem. John Dahl's The Last Seduction has a higher cult profile but this film is also excellent. It's a good reminder as to what Nicholas Cage was capable of before he broke into blockbuster cinema. He delivers a nicely self contained and subtle performance here. As fun as hammy Cage

It's not that surprising that Alba has decent comedy chops, she's appeared in quite a few comedies. Films like "Meet The Fockers", "The Love Guru" and "Good Luck Chuck".

This is so upsetting.

So I guess the big question for the remake is cut or uncut?

She was da bomb in Burning Love yo.
