I just had the surgery a few months ago. Went to get my first post surgery bra and discovered I’m now a D cup. I almost cried for joy. Buying bras off a rack and being able to run without pain = gifts I never thought I could give myself! Worth every painful second and every scar.

I just did this after years of trying to get approved. The doctor should give you some options if you have a size preference. They are definitely restricted in how much they can remove while preserving healthy tissue and blood flow to your nipples.
