    Mold/Mildew is the (huge) concern. I'm in Phoenix, so things dry fast, and still a hella problem. If they're going to lose drywall anyway, I say pull it asap & focus drying everything out.
    That's assuming the place doesn't stay flooded for long. Once mold/mildew get going, it's a whole new deal.
