God help me, SO WAS I

No, I was kind of hoping it was a woman! Wonder how Hamlin&McGill got started, though.

Could be well timed truth, revealed to distract. Calculated none the less.

Yup. He's petulant. Prob wishes daily he'd gone into practice for himself, though, dealing w Chuck. Wonder what dear old Dad was like…

Definitely like he'd had some practice, con moves just as old school as Mike's carbon paper or stop strip. These guys are mechanics.

I swear I heard him say this, looked it up and it was in Marco re: Chicago Sunroof, hope that's right.

Jimmy's a divorced guy. Kim wbe wife #2, should that happen.

I LOVE bagpipes.

Podcast J Banks said Mike wants tip step up for Stacey since it's his fault her husband/his son can't. He owes her everything. Plus, Kaylee.

Stacey is from Philly, and even though she was married to the only honest cop on the force, she's aware there are other ways to get cash. She might not know specifics, but she knows in general at least. She's not sheltered in that way.
Based on her overriding concerns with safety/gunshots, plus the way she went ON

Stacey wants a better place, she points out why she wants it, and asks for help. It's only manipulation if she's devious, which is possible but not definite. Consider, she's not using the money for strip clubs and blow, she wants a safe neighbourhood. It's not extravagant or an ego thing or even something Mike

If nothing else, he is arming himself w knowledge about Hector. The better to protect his family with, my dear. Although, Mike almost had a stroke of his own when Jimmy comforted him re: surviving Tuco. Mike's no victim. He decided to do something to get the stink off asap.

I'm more looking forward to seeing Badger again. I miss him. If Saul only knew how repping Badger will change his life.

Or with guns

She was genuinely delighted, and not in a gleeful/sly way, when Mike says yes to the safe neighborhood. Whatever her deal is, she REALLY wanted a safe place. Not just for her kid, for herself, too.

I remember a furtive parking lot kiss.

Agreed

Stop selling!

HA!

Agreed. Kim tearing the card apart, etc. And Jimmy must've almost known that his breaking the rules might/world cost him Kim. Now he sees the writing on the wall. It ain't easy being cheesy (or legally sleazy).
