Just because Chuck believes something, doesn't mean it's 100% accurate. There's a lot of reasons to think he's not able to see clearly when it comes to Jimmy. And it's also possible he's holding something back on purpose.

In these shows, being cocky/prideful or rule breaking is one thing, but pretending you're the opposite will kick your ass. Jimmy should've worked on Wall Street or some other cut throaty corporate gig where breaking rules is part the job description.

So 1) more attractive to male viewers 2) not as invested in Jimmy, & her reactions factor that in. She's already considering giving him the ax. This makes it easier to be chill.
