As far as I could find, Saturn was founded in 1985 and had several prototypes before actually producing the S-series in 1991. I also couldnt find any of these early H-body Saturns for sale anywhere. An appropriate set of tires is also one of the most critical modifications to any car. Might not be the cheapest depending on what you buy or what you’re uses are, but second hand winter tires/track tires can sometimes be found for a good deal if you look hard enough.
