As someone also with medically diagnosed PTSD and who has been sexually assaulted, all the stars for you. This is exactly my take on the situation. If any tangental connection to rape is going to trigger a flashback for her, she needs to be in therapy. This is not a hostile work environment.

I’ve also been raped. If something that tangentially related is triggering for her, she should be in intensive therapy. I sympathise with her, but this does not rise to the level of a hostile work environment and how she handled it screams “entitled brat”. (Emailing the CEO after the matter was resolved? Really?)
