But the whole point of clothes is to look good on bodies?

I’m a 46/48 and US 12/14, live in Stockholm and I’m on the large side of normal (as it should be — I need to lose the 30 pounds I gained when I quit smoking and could actually afford takeout). I wear a large/extra large depending on the brand.
YES!! I can’t believe someone recognised it!
I live in Sweden, and the homegrown fast fashion (and other Nordic brand) tends to be in women’s sizes or extended Junior’s. HM, Weekdays/Cheap Monday, Monki, Flash, Vero Moda etc etc.
Some of those other brands offer a full size range (xs-xl or s-l), just smaller (I know Mango does). Zara does not offer a full size range. That is fat phobic.
That would make sense if the same was true of the men’s line, which it isn’t.
Zara, like other south European brands, doesn’t do vanity sizing (or anything really above a US medium). If you have some H&M clothes, you’ll see that there’s a different size (much bigger) under I for Italy. Spain is kind of the same.
No, I was pointing out that their fatphobia is just another reason they’re prejudiced shitbags.
I’m not shocked by a place that has such ridiculous woman’s sizing. The nicest trendy stuff only comes in small and medium.
You should be able to download and print it off the temple’s website for free!
Lewis’s Law :)
A little backstory here:
omg omg
You can resole them??
Last time I travelled (through EWR natch), there was the citizen’s line, the green card line, and the everyone else line. I don’t remember there being any special line for people with visa waivers.
It’s a second wave philosophy thing when it’s not people being transphobic assholes (and a LOT of them are).
Done! I was really glad to see a tick box for SSRI usage. I feel like most of the research into anorgasmia with regard to them has focused on boners (which is I guess typical of a lot of research!).
True!
Ja, det vet jag att H&M är svensk.
Did anyone else watch this live?
