Bruh its two days (thanksgiving and Christmas). Why compound the misery by making more people work? Not to mention, there are lots of cultures that don’t celebrate those holidays so family-owned businesses from them will stay open. There’s a reason so many people eat Chinese food on Christmas.

I mean, yeah? They can bring food from home, presumably if it’s something like a hospital or fire department they will have access to any kind of emergency supplies they’d need. Why would it be an absolute requirement that hospital employees be able to go to Starbucks on Thanksgiving?

I know this is sarcasm, but cops are way to dumb to ever be trusted with a tank. When they feel “threatened,” they fire 60 bullets into a suspect. Imagine what they’d do with a supersonic SABOT round that would go through essentially every surface in a city like butter.

Yeah it was never actually for expertise - it was basically “are you important enough that people might pretend to be you so you need to prove it’s actually you tweeting,” with what was “important enough” never really explained. 

If it works in Minnesota anything like it works in my state, they have to charge him in a lower court first which won’t have final jurisdiction. Then, they’ll convene a grand jury that will decide what to indict him on. I’d be shocked if this wasn’t a murder one indictment.

I like cars and couldn’t care less about the sound (except when it’s some douche who deliberately made their car/bike louder). What matters is if it’s fun to drive. So not literally everyone.
