Every year Lebron has a stretch of games where he essentially doesn’t try and lets his teammates flail in the wind. It’s his passive aggressive way of saying “Look what you are without me. Get your shit together.” I definitely think they’re less of a threat this year than any Lebron led team of the past seven years,

Holy shit, he is still referencing that movie? Did he also reference Boogie Nights? I stopped listening to his podcasts years ago but without fail he mentioned one of those movies in every podcast; often both.

Counterpoint: It’s 2018 and Venmo exists. Put it all on one check.

Probably the Patriots because hell is real and we’re living in it.

Shout out to the cameraman at 0:11 who got absolutely Cam Newtoned.

If I was Cam Newton I would post a picture of me enjoying the first glass when the Saints are inevitably knocked out of the playoffs.

It should also be noted that 100% of the time, the Mannings have won 84% of the time in AFC championship games.

It gets even crazier: The Mannings have a ONE HUNDRED PERCENT winning percentage in games where their teams have scored more than Brady’s Patriots.

Looking at just at their win percentage in a vacuum is a shit way of evaluating a coach. If you took a random, mediocre league average coach and put them in charge of the Patriots or the Browns, you’re going to get vastly different results.

I think context matters. You can’t just look at two teams who go 8-8 and say both head coaches were equally mediocre. If the Patriots or Steelers go 8-8 next year, that’s a massive underachievement because for the most part they are well run at all levels. If the Browns go 8-8 next year that’s a massive

If you look at the 15 years prior to him being there, in year 1 they lost in the Super Bowl, year 2 8-8 no playoffs, year 3 lost in the second round of the playoffs. And then 12 years of basically being Cleveland Browns level of bad and 0 playoffs appearances. People forget what a dumpster fire the Bengals were before

I was going to say The Happening but decided to scroll down and saw your post. Attack of the Clones is the correct answer (although amazing when watched with RiffTrax).

Wow, that’s like 4 good takes with 0 bad takes. You don’t see that often on teh InT3rN3tS

James Harden was on the wrong side of two questionable foul calls? How sad.

Wooden and hammy relative to “Now it was worth it,” haha?

Ohh yeah, I agree about the dialogue. I was discussing The Last Jedi with a friend and said something along the lines of “I still haven’t fully adjusted to Star Wars having well written dialogue and good acting.” I feel like I need to see it one or two more times before I even attempt to rank TLJ on my list though.

You realize being in the top 5 films of a 9 film series isn’t really that impressive right? It currently has a 7.7 on IMDB, 0.1 below Rogue One and 0.1 above Revenge of the Sith. That would put it 6th of the 9 movies (hehehe). Even if you personally bump it up to like 4th or 5 that’s still putting it in the middle

If Deadspin were nothing but Headlines and headline images I would still visit every day. I’m in tears laughing before ever clicking on an article half the time.
