remember episode 8 how they focused on Alison’s hand in the morgue? That’s because it had a band-aid on it.

She had mentioned it to her mom in episode six, but it didn’t seem like anything sinister, just that she wanted to set up a trust find for Joanie.

Ugh. Alison finally cops to constantly seeing herself as the victim in part two and then the show goes on to legitimately make her the victim one last time. Gross and the voiceover was...no

You didn’t attend her funeral? So as you say this was a women who you knew since you were toddlers. I assume that means you were pretty good friends. Instead of being there for those two children when they probably need people the most you got on your high horse and road away.

I fucking love this man.

So where were all the other celebrities that weren’t at the ceremony? Do tell us everything. I’m making a map, see.

Just here for the comments:

Tom Petty is dead but this asshole is allowed to live?

Funny thing is, I’m 44 and watched The Exorcist for the first time last week. They hype sure as hell holds up, but it was interesting how little of the movie is the actual exorcism and how much of it is Regan’s mom freaking out (and rightfully so) over what is happening to her daughter. There is some genuinely

I remember going to the theater in the 90's when they re-released The Directors Cut of The Exorcist and I got to go in a whole theater full of people who had never seen it before.

Perfect summation of the show, Sean.

This may be the most thoughtful and well-written piece I’ve read since the series ended.

Billie Lourd in full psycho babysitter mode was the only good thing I got out of this. The rest was pure cringe. Not sure how Murphy’s gonna make this clusterfuck of a concept work.

You know what I hate about Kinja? I keep finding myself in places like Gizmodo with no warning. If I wanted to go there I’d do it myself.

I’m sure he’d be happy to funnel other people’s donations through his own foundation so he can take credit for it. Ya know, the usual.

Big Mediocre Women?

I don’t see where Taylor Swift’s music needs to be examined like the Zapruder film, but hey, to each his own.

My favorite sound design choice this season was the slow reintroduction of Badalamenti’s score. The first episode was almost entirely ambient. In the second and third we got some hints at brush drums. Then full blown Laura Palmer’s theme in Episode 4, and we’ve had more and more ever since. Many people have remarked

James was never cool. He’s the world’s whiniest biker. All he does is mope. Give me hellcat Bobby all day everyday. Plus, The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer made him way more sympathetic.

I just want to highlight this passage for anyone who skims or just jumps to the comments. Because truer words.
