Any modern Volvo. Pleasing interior design, good sound systems, excellent climate control, and those seats.

Letting the car warm up at idle for several minutes is good.

They don't look good on modern curvy cars. Saw a tiburon with them on the back. Just looked wrong.

The roll down rear windows that used to be in station wagons. Toyota proves that it's possible in SUV's and its too cool to not have.

Milwaukee Gas Building - also converted to LEDs in 2013 according to Wikipedia.

The Gas Light Building in Milwaukee, WI has a flame on the top that is used for the same thing. There is even a poem that goes with it(and apparently now even an iPhone app)
