In all seriousness though, my S80 (second gen) had a kickdown button at the end of the pedal travel. I don’t think it’s unique to the S80, but it actually felt like a button when you hit it and it told the transmission to downshift for power.

You’ll be waiting a long time. Some dealers are estimating 4-6 months before parts are even available and potentially longer to get your actual car fixed.
