I really don't think your analysis of Felicity Smoak is fair. Time after time she has put her own agenda first over Oliver's, refusing to help if she disagrees with what he's doing and helps him out because SHE wants to help save the city. I recommend watching the scene in early season 2 where he asks her to work in

I feel kind of guilty. Unexpectedly Dan and Erin actually answered my question, and gave some awesome advice, but I can't even use it. She ended up going home to visit her parents. I might still see if I can send her something online or call her or something, but I feel unworthy of having my question answered now
