She was Joni Stubbs, whore with a heart-of-tarnished-gold in Dead Wood (so, fyi, was the ranch's patriarch, he played Charlie Udder, Buffalo Bill's travel partner and friend to Joni Stubbs). And then she was the chef in Treme, and then a reporter in House of Cards. She does have an amazing and broad talent, but is

@Maka556 Thank you, thank you, thank you for "In the book Mao …" as I was still unclear about exactly what was going on with Errinwright on view screen to Mao/Avasarala last episode. Others tried to explain it for me, but it wasn't sinking in without this background from the books. Now I get it. Much better :)

I'm still confused about the last scene with Errinwright and Avasarala and Mao. I get that Errinwright crossed the MCRN by killing the Ambassador, but I don't get how or what he was doing that caused Avasarala and Mao to raise their weapons and get off Mao's ship. Can anyone explain this to me. Thanks.

I think I'm having a dumb day and I will rewatch the Mao/Errinwright/Asa scene, but I don't understand exactly what Errinwright had done to put both Mao and Assasarla's on the defensive. I haven't read the books (yet) either, so any clarification any one has to offer to point me in the right direction would be

@Sara "why they were unable to do so." I was thinking the same thing, but am not sure if I know why they (or the other ships in orbit couldn't). Was it because of the increasing deterioration of Ganymede made it unsafe to land?

What an interesting comparison :)

Also, with the MCRN bridge burned, Avasarala and Cotyr are Bobbie's only immediate and available resource on Earth (I doubt Bobbie could find the "Dr" she met on her meanderings to the ocean easily, if at all, even if it was safe for her to leave the Earth Embassy while MCRN are still on Earth). So maybe Bobbie

I'm a lady, and I thought he was just putting a funny spin on his comment.

Excellent description of that show. I saw most of it, and describing it as a PC Deadwood (which is my all time fave) seems apt to me. It did seem to be too much of our times as I would also add that it was a Canadian feminist take on Deadwood. I'll have to check to see if they made a second season … it was oddly

@PatrolmanHarrySledge - Exactly, Naomi's (and her attached brother Amos) departure from the Roci crew struck me as the most undeveloped and abrupt part of this episode. The episode's only weakness, I thought. Also, it's going to suck not having our Robinhood band altogether on the Roci etc, anymore. I suspect that
