IE probably has a horrible extensions API, hence the lack of proper extensions. That's basically the only reason I stay as far away from IE as possible.

A bit too expensive considering Windows 7 has a much better built-in feature.
Yes it uses the Google Maps data, but Apple makes it. You'll notice that there isn't a single mention of Google in this page: [www.apple.com]. I believe Apple pays Google tons of money to have full access to the Maps, or Google pays Apple to be the default Maps app on iOS (it's one way or the other, can't really…
The end user mostly stays with a single platform, not constantly jumping between iOS and Android devices.
Android would look much better if Google just used Helvetica (I know they won't because of licensing stuff and all). Roboto is a fine font, but Helvetica is the flawless font.
Google does not make Maps for iOS. Apple does it and borrows data from Google.
ICS on the Galaxy Nexus (and other phones) uses the Roboto font, not Droid Sans. Photoshop fail from Twitter. :|
It's the crowd source effort that I was talking about. I tend to find conflicted reports in there.
I would love Canonical to publish a list of laptops/desktops that run Ubuntu flawlessly out of the box. I am aware of their crowd sourced effort in this regard (Ubuntu certified hardware or something), but something official would be great.
I might have downed ten gums at most as a kid. The last four paragraphs made me happy.
...you can bet... tricky error as skipping the 't' resulted in another word and not a typo.
The 4S is a great phone. The incredible GPU and Retina screen make it future-proof for at least two years. The new iPhone will be better, but it'd be foolish to wait three or more months for it.
Windows 8 is not a "heavier" operating system. I absolutely don't like it, but there's no denying that it's much less resource intensive than Windows 7, which itself was less resource intensive than Vista. Kudos to Microsoft for making it happen, although I wish they provided a switch to GTFO the Metro tiles.
Sharks get owned by orcas, they are not perfect. Orcas are perfect.
This arms race is extremely annoying. The government could have paid for the entire educational career of half a million kids with that money, but no, bigass missile it is.
Everyone still uses RSS. Maybe people are not using Google Reader or FeedDemon as much as before, but RSS is much bigger than these.
Umm no, they don't. Germany is around 250, and the UK might be a little higher. The Netherlands crosses 300, but most likely not 440.
It has 30 million people spread over 10 million sq. km. What did you expect? :D
You're looking at India. Himalayas is just up north (mostly Nepal and Tibet).
Oh I am not talking about Bollywood. Bollywood movies are loads of crap. There are barely three great movies a year, and they are almost always the low-budget ones that most people even haven't heard of.
