I do have it. Love it! But again, it looks better on Ubuntu than on Windows, thanks to Mr. ClearType.

I have GDI++, gdipp, and similar such apps. They're mostly hit-or-miss. I'd rather have ClearType working all the time.

Windows 7 - THE FONTS! I am not a big fan of the ClearType font rendering in Windows, especially when compared to the OS X and even Linux fonts. I even have a copy of Safari installed on my PC, even though it's a pretty useless browser on Windows, so I can use OS X font rendering once in a while.

Many people don't have an always-on computer, so using a VPN provider's service is a better option for them.
