@wild homes loves you but chooses darkness!: I never said they added it with the expectation of additional revenue stream. That's the point. Most people don't finish their games, and so, a game being 'rental length,' so long as it's good, doesn't really matter. Look at Heavy Rain, and the success and critical acclaim

Interesting that developers push so hard to include multiplayer in their games when they don't even reap the benefits of stretching the development time, possibly sacrificing the integrity of the single player, risking getting lower reviews because of shoddy online capabilities—the list could go on—just to see

I just thought of something terrifying. What if Morrigan is the villain in 2, because she doesn't want to give in to the weakness of loving the warden? Baby, just give me a chance! :(

@mr_godot: The Old Republic makes the MOST sense, actually. Haha!

@mr_godot: Yes, but they've already gone on record saying that they're using all the same assets. The turnaround is going to be much shorter too. And DA fans already have some semblance of when it's releasing based on the little slip on Awakenings. ME fans have NOTHING. Also, I said IF it's an announcement of a new

@Manly McBeeferton: They could go a lot of different directions. It might not even take place during the same time. They've got such rich lore they could just as easily drop us in a different blight and have us solve that one. Or follow the books, which goes through the backstory of Logain and Maric, I think.

@thirdRaven: Yes, but there are probably more fans out there head-over-heels waiting for ME3 info, the bigger title. And they've got nothing. Whereas DA fans know the tentative release date thanks to the slip in Awakenings.

I highly doubt it has anything to do with DA2. Here, there's no real connection to make other than "they tweeted teasing something" and "Dragon Age 2 is in the works," but neighter of these have -actual- correlation.

Don't do it. You can get Halo Reach on Newegg for 45 bucks plus free shipping.

@SandWitch: Oh shit! I just bought that yesterday, actually. Won't get to it anytime soon, since I would like to play P4 first, but I have it. I was looking through the manual yesterday and remarking how the protagonist sort of looks like Pete Wentz. Then, I noticed that everyone has eyeliner in this game, or at the

I'm not sure what people are scared about, really, when something like Spokeo.com exists. I can look you up there, and if you're over 18, you probably have a tremendous amount of information there that you never gave permission to anyone to publish. If you're scared about personal info being leaked, there are bigger,

@Brian Crecente: Well there's a demo out that you can try (on XBL, dunno about PSN). I'm downloading it right now, before I buy, to make sure I'm not downloading something terrible.

So, anyone getting Blacklight Tango Down today? I hope I'm not the only one, don't want to be matchmaking to find no people playing.

@SandWitch: Lucifer's call? Never heard of that entry in the series, what's it for/about?

I want to see someone get into the industry, specifically for the job of game designer (even though that might have not been what Miyamoto was trying out for) with something similarly outlandish today. An impossibility, most likely.

@Salen: I'm certainly looking forward to it. Not sure if I feel any more attached to my gun just 'cause it has a cellphone charm, though.

I remember doing something similar back in GTAIII. I'd go to a subway station, and fire a single gunshot into the air. People would run into the tracks willingly, and, because Rockstar didn't enable the avatars to climb things, they couldn't get out. I tried to get as many people on the tracks as possible...
