I like the schedule you've created. Do you find it hard to stick to? The 90 min increments are the killer for me. I tend to work in 25 minute increments using the Pomodoro technique which is pretty effective.

I'm with you on this one Mihir. I agree that shorter emails are better. It takes time and effort to shorten an email and I'm always appreciative of the effort the sender of the email has gone to when I receive a short and very concise email.
I find it helps to say to myself "Here's the situation (the facts about what transpired) and here are my reactions to that situation (my emotions)" By separating and owning my reactions it helps me to take ownership of my reactions and therefore act on them.

I think having a plan to build wealth is as important if not more important in getting a handle on one's finances as is budgeting.
This is how I use the iPhone and Mac version of Dragon and also the Dragon for iPhone app which is just awesome in it's accuracy and the time saved from using it.
