Earlier in the season I commented on here that I think the show is heading in the direction where the four humans would essentially become guardian angels of sorts and it seems like I’m kiiiiinda right. I’m claiming that anyway.

So he's ready for Riverdale then.
I think that is actually something it does well. It can build to this idea of something you expect to be big and important and brush it aside quickly (internationally, not ‘oh we forgot about that’). Like how at the end of season one you wondered if season two was basically going to be a repeat and in two episodes…
I’m used to only hearing the “ow” version (i.e. ‘rowt’). First I recall hearing it is was Friends) but good to know cheers.
They my housemate or they the show? Housemate was ree-oh-ka, show ree-oh-ha.
I did in another comment below, but there’s no such thing as ‘correct’ pronunciation, just standards. Different regions have different pronunciations, yet alone different Spanish-speaking countries (in this case).
Didn’t expect this to be a thing...
Oh that might be it, but didn't someone else say it too? I just assumed it was the American pronunciation but I could be wrong.
Things I learnt from this episode: Americans pronounce rioja differently. It took me a while to realise what they were saying.
Maybe it vanishes itself away and is biodegradable?
Listening to the podcast last night they said it was someone’s house and that was largely as it was. They mentioned the carpets and Turkish rugs explicitly being there already, but got a sense most of it was kept as the owners had it.
Plus he looked younger somehow in this. It was all very confusing.
Are you suggesting that Jason inside Janet's void caused un petit mort?
My current guess as to where they go with this (although I’m aware while it feels like the end the last two seasons last run of episodes moved quickly and unexpectedly) is ultimately yes the system is flawed, outdated or hacked. Micheal is put in charge of fixing things and the humans have their own areas of…
So Architects are in the 40s, Accountants in the 80s... I wonder what decade the Committee will be in.
Yeah I’m thinking something similar and whoever was representing the good place in the Mindy hearing was actually from the bad place. When you think about it, yeah Mindy’s existence isn’t butt spiders but it’s like a prototype Micheal neighborhood.
I’m not entirely sure it wasn't a Cheers reference.
I interpreted that as your score is balanced against your age. So that would be a great score if he were say 12 but at his age it needs to be much better (in essence you need to continually do good, not just do a load of good at the end which does kind of make Mindy a question mark ..)
From what I recall the finale suggested Jane’s newest idea was to stop focusing on one person and focus on multiple so there could be elements of Alba’s (and others) would be included.
When they first appeared I thought they were going to do a mother-daughter JAP battle thing.
