1. Dictionaries record usage. You have no idea what you're talking about. It's nice that you want to do something revolutionary, but instead you might spend some time learning about dictionaries.

Dictionaries are not (ideally) prescriptive. This isn't that damn complex. Dictionaries record words as they are used, and a GOOD dictionary is the one with the most words with the most accurate definitions, not the one that only includes words you like.
