The Australian review of the game I went by.
If someone...on a website had told me I couldn’t actually play what I was buying I would have been thankful.
If you are Australia, Asia or NZ, forget getting it for online gaming.
It isn’t just region locking that is the problem, the ranking is.
Not for Australia at least, I tried yesterday and the only playlist available was standard warzone...all other playlists were dead.
Are you kidding me!
Yet they ignore Australians who ask why they can’t play halo 5 online.
Meanwhile nobody in Australia can play halo 5 online outside standard warzone, because of region locking.
I tried half a day to play any playslist other than warzone and slayer.
I wouldn’t know...the region locking means I can’t play anything other than standard war zone and slayer and I prefer objective games.
Why is kotaku ignoring the astonishing fact that halo 5 is region locked for online gaming. Auatralia NZ and other countries are unable to play anything other than standard warzone and slayer. Othet playslists are a rare occasion. This means more than half of the game is unplayable.

I remember recently someone was killed on a bridge during the filming of a recent super hero film. Maybe Avengers or Iron Man. Standards must be slipping and hollywood is getting away with it.
