This article is so ignorant. The costume has skin on it so that the tattoos can be on there. They can’t make it clear because the material does not hold up well. This is a COSTUME. There is nothing wrong with dressing up like somebody else on Halloween. Seriously, all these sensitive nitpicks are ruining this world.
