he didn't :)
he didn't :)
Nah, he didn't use her as bait. She did the Carrie thing and intervened and the dude came back. Quinn had bee following him. That was Carrie not listening again.
Wow… this is really harsh. I was in tears with Quinn and Carrie. It was powerful and layered. Really shocked by this review.
They are following comics. So, he should at very least be here through season 9
Gimple: Please stop watching Game of Thrones. Shiva is not Ghost.
OK, can I bitch for a second? Thanks. Look, we watched a whole hour on that place. A WHOLE episode dedicated to those people. And now, when the payoff should hit every beat, they SKIP over the reveal and the planning of attack.
Exactly. It's vastly different. You can feel it instantly. And they did it at the cost of kind of making her dumbed down. She's German intelligence. It just rubbed me wrong that she was so oblivious of all of it.
Charlie is the only one with a brain.
So, this show started out rough, but has upp'd it's game. Really entertaining now. The 24 replacement.
I felt it was ironic, given not just two eps prior she asked Carrie for dirt on Dar, to blackmail him. Then an honest help, Carrie gets told she's wildly out of line. ??waat?
He's brilliant in this. Brilliant.
But it's entertaining and they sell it. I mean look at homeland…. a POW turned? That was nuts.
I've enjoyed Colony too. It has a spy element —- but the Americans is gold.
good point. I think she also hasn't been around him. She didn't know he had gone that far over. I mean, you still look for the person they use to be, that's my experience, and it takes a lot to have you lose that. She'd never imagine him punching her. Never. But that's brain injury, he doesn't have the ability to…
she's not as terrible as Alison, Alison was just unwatchable for me,. Cringe. But PEOTUS is a bitch. Her sidelining her kids story, made me even want her gone. Lockhart for POTUS
THat's what I read, yes. But the commenters below said no. Not sure. But yes, up until the Apple Farmer, everything has felt like an arm-piece of an agenda — one sided
THIS. Season 4 was the last to make sense. A number of reasons, one being Carrie. Who she became in S5, was such a wildly different person and now, it is even more so. Not believable with someone who has lived what she has to be so passive.
I was hoping last season they'd kill Carrie, and let Quinn take it.
that's how you are trained. It was a screw up. ALso the weight. You'd feel it.
this is why Homeland disappoints me on some level now. It never was political. I mean POW turned Jihad, wasn't some copycat/attempt to stay relevant. All of that was just entertaining.
