Will fan toxicity ever get better? I don’t know. There are toxic fans but fans like myself get lumped in with them when we don’t like a certain movie like The Last Jedi for extremely valid reasons (the use of bathos was a clinical textbook on how to ruin a film, and Star Wars parodying Star Wars in the film was an

Yep.

I bet Affleck sees this as his opportunity to split as well.

Man, the ongoing DCEU trainwreck is hard to watch, particularly because some corners are so well-loved. It’s also easy to watch insofar as all the missteps are so hilariously self-inflicted by Warner Bros.

Looks fine.

I am sure people will react reasonably and with levels of emotions appropriate for a kid’s television show.

It’s not just you - I too liked the fights with the women more than with Danny. They seemed more traditional martial arts style, whereas Danny’s fights are still all about might (so more like MMA).

I’ve seen a few clips of the Season 2 fights. I am not impressed. They’ve improved quite a bit since Season 1. But i’ve seen better. A lot better.

Surprised nobody mentioned the LotR Extended Editions. I think they’re an extremely mixed bag. There are some scenes that really needed to be in the theatrical versions, like Saruman’s fate (seriously, why wasn’t that at the end of Two Towers?), but there’s a lot of stuff that was removed for good reasons, like the

And when “the big draw” is Titans which looks like absolute garbage, it really tells you how it is going to go.

Prediction: There will be a character who sounds suspiciously like Grunkle Stan, except he can say swears, just like Stan always wanted to.

Paramount is pretty franchise desperate right now since they didn’t get in on the superhero craze

It puts pressure on the studio as fans go apeshit that two key actors may not return to the film.

I haven’t read the books so I had no baked in complaints about season 1. The pacing was a bit weird but I loved the world building and all the crazy stuff that happened. Kept me very entertained. I was worried it wouldn’t get a second season but now I’m stoked even more because I’m a big fan of Mackie’s resume to this

Oh heck no. I’m sorry WB, but you ain’t getting away with this saying the controversy is only because of “racism”.

Honestly, though, this series feels like it’s destined for the same fate as Inhumans.

Titans easily could have cast a white actress, spray painted her bright orange, given her a questionable shake-n-go wig and called it a day, but the show did something better.

Awesome to see the SP//dr suit!

This is the only Spider-Ham design I care for. He looks cartoony, but still capable. It’s the design of a character who has comical adventures, rather than the design of a character who gets laughed at just for existing.
