It’s funny... I usually complain about a trailer showing pretty much the whole movie. But this time... this time I’m going to say it’s a good thing we’ve got a Godzilla movie that’s promising us from the start that things get blow’d up! No almost-off-camera event while we focus on a reaction shot this time!

Right, which is why this season looks like exactly the same dark, angsty, depressing, moody, dark (did I say that already), self-loathing, “modern” emo, stressful take as the first season.
Honestly, this is leaps and bounds better than Marvel’s Spider-Man, which uses the same style.
I wouldn’t even say my bar is that high but it just looks unfinished. You would think a company like Marvel that’s swimming in money would invest a little more into this but I guess not.

I’m hoping it’s a more traditional roar. The 2014 roar was exaggerated to the point that it didn’t really feel to me it was actually coming out of Godzilla.
