@walkdawg: I could totally get behind that. She is way hotter than he is.

@crocuta: WOW that is awesome. Great point about the food.

@Scarebear: I loved Vasquez when I was in high school. I always thought he was extremely creative and very responsive to his female fans.

@chocolateandpeanutbutter: That's awesome. I can't get enough of her. Reminds me a bit of Ellen Page's nameless character in Hard Candy, but more three-dimensional.

@jannanaphone: Ohhhh yes. I have blocked out lots of time for this upcoming reading. :)

@DeccaLeChat: My mother and uncle struggle with TERRIBLE IBS. My mother has tried medications from Vicodin to codeine to Prilosec to Phenergan, and all possible combinations thereof. She has also had upper and lower GI exams and been told that it is part of her Celiac disease.

Halfway through The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. LOVE.

- Read more. I spend an inordinate amount of time watching TV and reading nonsense on the internet, so it's kind of a dual-resolution (more reading = less TV/internet). I also have five hundred (yes, five hundred) books in my library that I haven't even read a quarter of.

Benefit Benetint and Posietint, anyone? I LOVE the stuff and it lasts forever. One caveat: I do NOT use it on cheeks; it tends to build up and blotch in weird places on me. I only wish they made a nice berry-wine one in addition to the red and pink.

@AuRevoirOeuf: Get something you'd be embarrassed to have on an actual bookshelf...I just got Best Women's Erotica 2009 and some cheesy romances. I save the Margaret Atwood and Joyce Carol Oates for my *real* bookshelf. ;)

@boxspelunker: I think your poem is lovely and poignant (means a LOT from an English teacher that has read a LOT of bad poems). I think it's really important therapeutically as well, but I'm not so much an expert in that area. :)

@Ulookinatmyjunk: IS a star: I COMPLETELY agree. Gabourey is a living doll, usually with luminous skin and hair. I even hate the necklace and the dress/top. They could have done so much better with this gorgeous young star.

Are they REALLY that good? I never tried them and rely on good old Tampax (ok, and backup Kotex pads) for my every-three-months period.

@Erin Burr: I think the face looks VERY French Bulldog. BTs also have bigger, perkier ears.

I was just talking about this with a student of mine today. She has an intense fear of childbirth, pregnancy, the whole shebang. She can't even look at pregnant women, especially if their shirt is too tight.

She's gorgeous and seems like a great mom. I'd love to see her take on a really edgy role.

@Rosie's Revenge: I remarked to my mom that our family has one Jesus ornament and, like, 3 Star Trek ornaments. Shows where our priorities lie.

I hope that's a recent photo of her. She looks lovely and happy. I've always admired her decision to not hop on the tan-happy bandwagon (even if I'm on the front, driving it) and kept her natural skin tone. I loved her in The Virgin Suicides.

@Ima B. Me: That hair deserves its own interview.

I am watching the presentation of the Mark Twain prize to Tina Fey, and I am crying. Love, love, love her.
