Nope. Fate/stay night is a visual novel split into 3 different routes. Studio DEEN already adapted the Fate route. Ufotable has so far adapted the UBW route, and is currently adapting the Heaven’s Feel route into a movie. Also, Ufotable did an anime adaptation of the prequel Fate/Zero.

The only good shoujo anime ever is Revolutionary Girl Utena.

Utena the manga is definitely shoujo, and is much more fairy tale-ish than the anime, with no lesbians and no incest at all. Utena the anime seems more like seinen, or whatever you call stuff like Neon Genesis Evangelion and Serial Experiments Lain.
