Yup. One only has to watch Jimmy Jabs to see why.

I think the ways in which Jake and Amy are different will make the show shift toward the notion that they each have what the other lacks.
The opening of Ghost Ship gives me the creeps.
Should have said "Gonna go dive into a muff with some bluebs".
Even if you tire of the character, I can't imagine you will tire of the actress playing her.
Jimmy Jabs was the last recent Jake/Amy centric episode, i.e. focuses on their relationship, and she gave that one an A-.
But… Fumero has the upside-down 'U' face.
Don't forget that skeleton costume from the Halloween episode last year, same as the police tape, and Terry's oversized Confederacy T-shirt when she slept at her desk overnight.
No. With Melissa Fumero, it's all about the facial expressions.
Jake's attitude was justified here, though.
I think her word was "killjoy", not "buzzkill".
Rosa also joins in on Jake's shenanigans more often than not, i.e. fire extinguisher roller chair derby. It's not that Rosa hates everyone. Rosa is more simply one of the guys.
Alright, well, I actually have no definite proof from a few months ago, but I do have this tweet from four hours before your comment.
Alright, maybe not his idol. But you should've already known he's definitely one of his influences. And they're buds. Why else would Sandler have agreed to appear in the Super Bowl episode?
At least he doesn't ruin them by laughing before finishing them like his idol Adam Sandler does.
I came up with Peraltiago on Twitter a few months ago.
Dennis Dugan looks old enough to retire. It's probably best that he should. Then again, the problem begins and ends with Sandler when it comes to Happy Madison. When it comes to those films, he has complete creative control, which means regardless of who the director is, the movie will end up the way Sandler wants it.…
Who here just saw some titties? Raise your hand if you saw some titties.
But Thomas McCarthy did not write or direct that atrocity of a film, now did he?
To be fair, the casting notice specifically says a 'character-driven' comedy, something Sandler never does. Although, previously it was referred to as a drama. So what gives exactly? Is it a dramedy? It has to be that.
