I’m so glad this case is coming forward. This is denying women who are pregnant access to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It’s fundamental. It’s put forth in black and white terms - this is a perfect case to re-establish abortion as a right.

They do this with a lot of stories. My favourite is who you love is your choice unless you’re 25 and they’re 40 in which case you’re being groomed and can’t make your own decisions.

Does the crime matter at all - say she was a child molester, you’re still ripping a child away from a mother?

Thank you!

Student Loan Forgiveness just makes everything worse. Why did education get some expensive? Well we gave a bunch of cheap money away. Great, everyone can get a loan! Cool we’ll just keep raising our prices! Now they don’t have to pay? Let’s make it even more expensive!

PPP loans were money to acquiesce during a public health emergency and stay inside.

This was, for me, the worst episode of the series. The pacing was glacial, Bella’s personality was bordering on bi-polar, and even for an HBO show where the network’s mantra is people in room’s having conversations... they didn’t really have any conversations. There “falling in love” was more “let me describe facets

Has no one watched Rick and Morty...

It seems that we are witnessing a disturbing pattern in the validation of men’s demands for female companionship—whether or not women want to provide it. These aggrieved men should consider just dating themselves for a while—you know, a nice bubble bath and a glass of wine, maybe. Or therapy!

100% like he’ll have to pay all her legal fees

Absolutely agree. If 71% said the Nubis was the belly button and that’s how women felt pleasure that would be an issue. If 71% said the nubis was the clitoris and then think it’s something they hadn’t heard of that was a medical term that would make a lot of sense but not create a shocking headline.

Technically if they’re both below 14 it’s a dual rape since neither party can consent.

This is a bit of a misrepresentation - it’s not saying a rape has to be proven to be prosecuted, it’s a reverse onus. The state would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person was not raped - an insanely high bar - to put them in jail. Arguing that rape survivors would actually be put in jail is a bit of a

I mean all of this is just broad generalizations about men in general. Like wealthy men and men in general do prefer attractive partners. Also, all people prefer people who can fit into their lives which for uber-wealthy are people who don’t have a lot going on, can drop plans at a moments notice, and don’t have to

How have you two put together this list and missed the absolute GOAT

I mean sure but let’s run a thought experiment. If you were 24 would you rather date:

I think my favourite Jezebel trope is that we should fight to death for 12 year olds to choose their gender and the subsequent medical procedures irregardless of parents wishes (who, ahem, would be paying for them) but gasp in horror at a 25 year old woman who is being “manipulated” into a romantic relationship.

I like how these articles fail to highlight how terrible men in their 20's are... he may be older but he’s probably not spending 10 hours a day playing CoD

There’s a couple of things these articles always miss. The first is that all of these men - or in Olivia Wilde’s case older people - are way wealthier than their younger partners. The one thing wealthy people love is people who “put up with their shit”. People who put up with their shit are fun to hang out with, why

It’s nice that Jezebel is finally focusing on the right people to blame for Abortion Bans: the dehumanizing legislators who quickly turn to abortions when their mistresses get pregnant.
