The problem is that you can’t see, or refuse to admit to, the difference between (i) private citizens driving their private cars to transport themselves, and (ii) professional drivers that are paid by their passengers to transport them.

This is a case where the judicial system worked perfectly. (Flame in). No one said he was innocent. The prosecutor brought on a charge and there were no or enough evidence to find him guilty on that particular charge. If the judge and jury went with gut feel, we would have many people in jail that shouldn’t be there…
