Most of the basic combos aren’t that difficult to input, you just gotta get the feel for the timing. Ten minutes in practice mode and you can learn two or three combos (and how to extend them into larger combos) and you’re set.

If it’s PaRappa structure, it’ll probably be four sets of four lyrics, so 16 lines per song, done for four or five songs. Depending on how crazy the get with the animation, it seems like they have a good scope of work

It’s not like they’re proposing a very complicated game to be released on a bunch of devices. The bulk of the work is in generating art and animation, and recording VO to have a few variants of the lyrics.

Why should tax payers have sway over pensions? Ideally the pensions are self funded by government employees. Tax dollars are not supposed to go to pensions. (In reality, a lot of places borrow against pensions to help make up budget shortfalls. Or the pension was undermined by dishonest money managers)
