Hey, it’s Jimmy Carr on the AV Club

Not as a regular but she played the journalist in the season two finale.

Anyone who tries to hold me to a deadline is just one more person who is going to end up disappointed.

I’ve been debating getting Fire Emblem Warriors. I’ve never played a Dynasty Warriors game before but I still have save file of Kingdom Hearts II right before the 1000 Heartless battle. I enjoyed just whaling on enemies; it was very relaxing.

Bad Sugar is completely bonkers. It’s a parody of prime time soap operas like Dallas and written by Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong, who also wrote Peep Show. There was only a pilot episode made, probably because of how hard it was to coordinate the schedules of the incredible cast it had - Olivia Colman, Sharon Horgan,

Wonderful news! I recently finished reading Robert Webb’s memoir and did a some revisiting of that Footlights group’s careers. She really has become the Emma Thompson to Mitchell and Webb’s Fry and Laurie.

I had the full Nintendo Power guide for Super Mario 3. It had all the layouts for the match games and I remember getting into arguments with my brothers because I couldn’t find the right layout fast enough. It started to completely fall apart on its own but then one of the neighbor kids tore it up for some reason and

I resolved to postpone getting this game because a) money and b) I spent this week playing the new Layton game and now need to get some more of my RPG Maker Fes game done.

His performances after his

New TMBG is always welcome. It’s wonderful to have a band that is so close to my sensibilities. I don’t know how people cope without one.

*puts on TMBG superfan hat*

Judy Davis was pretty much perfect as the older Judy Garland. It would be difficult for anyone to do better.

I hope they manage to get out. Paddington was a genuinely charming film and I hate to see it associated with the Weinsteins.

That’s an interesting combination of King books. Is there any explanation of why they were paired together? Or is it just assumed that dragons = fire?

I recently finished Robert Webb’s book, How Not to Be a Boy, which was excellent. It’s verry funny in some places and had me in tears in others. And it was interesting to see some of what I read in David Mitchell’s Back Story from Robert’s point of view.

I hope Garfield’s Halloween Adventure is still watched by kids. It’s always been my favorite. Also, In a Dark, Dark Room and Other Scary Stories should be introduced to kids at young age. Especially the story “The Green Ribbon.”

Hey, Toast of London! Poor Michael Ball...
