You may know this already but Henry Selick made a short 9 minute film for Laika called Moongirl in 2005. It was released as a combination picture book/DVD. (The only reason I know this is because They Might Be Giants did the score.)

I had hoped for a recovery but had also been carrying the feeling of dread for the past few days. It's particularly difficult because we've seen her so much out and about the last few months. I just checked the date and it's been less than a week since she was on the 8 Out of 10 Cats Christmas episode.
