I think there should be a distinction between living with HIV/AIDS and weaponizing it.

What would you say to someone who knowingly donated HIV-infected blood and somehow circumvented the screening process in an effort to sabotage a hospital? Would they be a victim of the criminalization of disease?

Even if the act is willful and intention AND directed at juveniles?
