I don’t think Sierra Nevada is a “no one”, but I would agree that people may have different understandings of what wet hop and fresh hop mean. That the BA and SN use slightly different definitions is testament to that.

For what it’s worth, Sierra Nevada doesn’t strictly follow the BA categorization. They treat wet hopped beers as separate from fresh hop beers, rather than as a subcategory. Their Fresh Hop Session IPA (and presumably their Fresh Hop IPA as well) are brewed with dried hops.
