YouTube knows that we want to be able to listen to videos without necessarily having to watch them—whether we’re multitasking or the video is just a vehicle for a song—which is why background play in the YouTube is restricted to YouTube Red subscribers.

That’s probably why the author wrote you needed to install the Dolphin browser — b/c it doesn’t work in Chrome.

There’s literally a link to download the track in the Youtube description. If you need the audio, why not just dl it and then you have it whenever, even if you’re in an area of poor reception?

A few ideas spring to mind:

Deadspin was not sued for harassment; Deadspin was sued for invasion of privacy. And with respect to Favre, Deadspin didn’t harass him — he in fact harassed Jenn Sterger with his dick pic — and DS didn’t even invade his privacy — that was blown when Brett sent the pic himself. If you don’t understand the difference,

Straight lying about sex (or virtually anything else) is not a felony, nor is it impeachable. Shit, if it were, virtually every president would’ve been subject to threat of impeachment. But Clinton lied under oath, and that was the problem.

This is a civil matter, not criminal — there is no pardon available for civil matters. And as Bill Clinton learned in the 90s, there’s no presidential protection against civil suits for events occurring prior to winning the White House.

Just so we’re clear here: you do understand that the lawsuit that resulted in Gawker’s bankruptcy was not based on sexual harassment, right?

I think dacrow is correct. For a harassment claim to be actionable, the conduct must create a work environment that would be intimidating, hostile, or offensive to a reasonable person. The disclaimer would give Barstool an argument that an employee wasn’t offended because she signed a contract saying she wouldn’t be

If sous vide becomes ubiquitous, then those would be problems. I think it’s still niche enough that the impact is negligible (though sure, every bit counts). And there are solutions to both of those issues.

a common fix is to find the “clear cache” section in the settings on your phone

I’ve had actual truffles exactly once and it (sadly) was not a restrained application. Beef carpaccio with a “rainstorm” of shaved truffle. Could not taste/appreciate the beef without pushing the truffle aside, and it still infected the meat. Do not like.

Eh, even if it’s a 3rd stringer who’s targeted, I think it’s unlikely they’d hold him out just to punish some guy on a team they’re not going to face again that season. There was a reason the 3rd stringer was in the game, after all — and it was because the team needed him to play. I don’t think most coaches are that

I don’t have a vote for favorite, but I do have a nomination for worst food storage container: The Oxo Good Grips LockTop containers.

I just see Auburn fans and d-bag Henderson from Ole Miss. Who in that gif is the OSU fan??

And the last time Ohio State lost to a Power 5 opponent at night in its season home opener, the season worked out pretty well. (N.B. This team has shown zero signs it is in any way akin to the 2014 team.)

Really wish the Buckeyes could’ve stopped him like that on Saturday....

I imagine Stoops interjected later to make him appologize (sic)

...bread without a crust is like a snail without a shell—kinda mushy and unappealing.

This is an intriguing idea, but then again — it’d no longer be sous vide (under vacuum) cooking. You’d just be cooking in a water bath (e.g., a bain marie).
