So glad I read this- I can't tell you how many customers give me an Office file and think I can do something meaningful with its contents (I'm an Artist). Now I can get the contents out without jumping thru a million hoops to convert it correctly and thus be useful to me.

It's funny... I wrote a Tasker function for this very goal (along with various others in the same group) for my Droid.
