Wow, that’s A LOT of yeast (150 g)! The entire jar of Red Star “Yeast for Bread Machines” (4 oz.) is 113.4 g! But maybe that’s what it takes to produce 400 ml/min CO2 for 8 hours.

The 4 oz. jar of yeast costs $5.99, so using $7.50 worth of yeast every night would certainly add up, over the several weeks it would take
