No, it’s almost exactly as productive.

Are you that one-dimensional yourself, or do you enjoy things outside of your paid job too?

I’m sorry you read slow. If a movie is good, I don’t even remember if it had subtitles. I was convinced my copy of Crouching Tiger was dubbed, because I clearly remember Michelle Yeoh and Chow Yun-Fat delivering their lines in English, but apparently the movie has never been dubbed. The copy I’ve watched several times

That cover looks like a bunch of badass women I’d love to see on stage.

This is the detail you chose to harp on? Really?

How does a person get un-greyed here? I’ve commented off & on for a while, and never gotten out.

“I’m the boogeywoman of the left,” co-host Meghan McCain said...

Plan ahead. There’s going to be a long line. Wear galoshes. The ground is going to be a mess.

Amateurs? These guys were all awarded Officer of the Year for their tireless policing of black swimmers.

Jim Carey can FOAD until he spends at least as much time promoting vaccinations as he has spent casting doubt on their safety and effectiveness.

That’s funny, his father has an adult son who likes kiddie porn too! It must be a generational thing.

I read The Silmarillion out loud to my son at that age. He thought it was awesome!

Weird that the famously “wimpy” Bush Sr., the guy who vomited in the Japanese Prime Minister’s lap, would be depicted as imposingly masculine.

I don’t see how that makes any difference. My spit is not holy. I don’t particularly care what happens to it once it’s past my lips. But my data on the internet can be searched by pigs on a fishing expedition, or an AI skimming entire databases. Maybe it’s not in the DNA company’s interest at the moment, but how about

Your scenarios assume honest police and informed judges. Sadly, both of those are few and far between. 4th Amendment protections are regularly ignored and abused by FISA courts.

Like companies promise to delete and never share your metadata, they reliably turn out to lie. I still wouldn’t trust DNA databases to be honest even with a law to prohibit the practice. There’s just too much money to be made from selling your data.
