As I wrote elsewhere, the proper way to treat rabid beasts is to put them down, swiftly and humanely. These pigs and so, so many others in the Blue Klux Klan are no better than rabid dogs, and should be dealt with appropriately.

And they have very explicit rules of engagement. Police have none, and a union that bends over backwards to justify every murder they commit.
