So once again, blaming your audience rather than blaming what actually is the problem: Poor writing

I have no problem with Roy winning, he never fails to make me laugh. And its not like he hasn’t put in the time at the show. But I thought Desi was actually really good in her spots.

I thought Roy Wood was head and shoulders above everyone else.

Not even a nod to his role as The Spleen in Mystery Men? That movie was amazing and he was pure gold in it.

Especially in the light of the success of EEAAO — two of the three action leads were women, and it had no trouble drawing an audience and winning tons of awards. Also Fury Road, Kill Bill, Aliens...

One role not mentioned: his voiceover role as Max, the spaceship in Flight of the Navigator, back in the ‘80s. He was credited as “Paul Mall” but it was obviously Reubens, especially toward the end when Max develops a laugh which was 100% Pee-Wee. A lot of ‘80s kids remember that role fondly.

Sam, if you’re reading this, are you smelling burnt toast?

No-stir versions usually have palm or similar oils added. I don’t really fuck with creamy pb aside from sauces.

Completely agree, PB does not need added sugars at all.

Once I stopped eating sweetened peanut butter, I found that for me unsweetened salted peanut butter is far superior. You end up with just a delicious salty peanutty flavor, bonus points if it’s crunchy.

We’ve created a society where the uber rich can make the stupidest fucking decisions imaginable, ruin people’s careers and lives, and never face any consequences.

Same. Would have been entirely lost otherwise. I have to do it with most movies these days. No one wants to hear criticism of Everything Everywhere All At Once, but the audo at the cinema was so awful I had to watch it at home before I had a clue what was going on.

Werner Herzog is super fun and interesting to listen to, tho. This guy just drones on

Yeah I was a little on their side until I saw that they were taking a big ass group selfie in the front rows while everyone else was trying to see. That’s just rude. Also why do you need the world to know that you had “the best seats in the house”?  You call yourselves “grown women in their 30s to 60s,” so grow the

Her own fans were the ones asserting their entitlement to filming her concerts: they paid for the privilege to be there, so they should be able to do what they want. There’s truth to that
