While Free as a Bird was tolerably mediocre, it was the spur for the Anthology project which was pretty great in all its formats.

Now playing

Another interesting feature is also Messages related, with Apple integrating its SharePlay system into that app so you can listen to music or watch a movie with your friends on your phones.

same.

So it’s Queen’s “Free as a Bird” track.

Oh, they have them here too. I worked with a guy who previously worked at a VFX house that their last project was just to remove the man boobs of a certain actor in a popular franchise. No explosions, no CGI vehicles, just man boob removal detail.

No disrespect to Ted Levine, I’m always happy to see him pop up in anything. I even loved him in Monk!

The warden in Shutter Island.

I would image that would be easy enough to digitally alter, but maybe that would add another half a million on to the budget.

Agita is such a great old school word. I haven’t heard it used much since I left NYC.

Dammit! I really liked that bugfuck crazy show and wanted more.

I meant no disrespect to West Baltimore’s illustrative and prolific craps player.

The most telling thing about the GG Allin documentary was at the end where they show a tape of early GG doing some sort of Hanoi Rocks thing and actually singing. It’s awful, but you could tell he wanted to be a rock star so badly, but didn’t have any talent - so he ended up becoming the fucked up freak he became.

I’m intrigued by your proposal, but I do have a follow up question: can this be on ice? As in a Ice Capades situation? I do love me some Ice Capades.

I remember one drunken night me and a bunch of my hardcore punk friends were hanging out and Depeche Mode started playing on the radio. We all looked at each other waiting for someone to change the station. No one did. We just stared at each other like the idiots that we were. Finally, one of my friends who was more

People Are People is the first track I ever liked by them because of that clanking sound in it. I found out years later that the clanking sound was a sample from the band Einstürzende Neubauten who Depeche Mode shared a producer with. I became a giant Einstürzende Neubauten after that.
