If only somebody would just make a car that already had an LS in it.

With what looks like a pretty full build-out, this would be a Nice Price for someone looking to do some vintage rallies. All the work has been done, and you would probably undercut your costs of building a similar car to a similar spec. But for the rest of us, it’s a $40k Russian (okay, Lithuanian) knock-off.

I’m going reluctant NP. One of a kind, super clean resto, and damn look at those carbs and stacks. Uggghhhnnnnggnn.
But its still a Lada.
NP, but not for me.

Wait.. are we supposed to just IGNORE the Ferrari in the garage?

Drive the piss out of it, eventually move drive train to a proper 2 seater, or have a spare. It’s $1,500!!! Who cares what it looks like from the outside (at this price point) Though I like mine better....

As much as I want to rotary all the things, that engine bay does look downright scary.

These home made projects all fit a pattern that, in the end, always ends with what appears to be some kind of surrender. Followed by an attempt to unrealistically recoup as much money as possible. These aren’t even entertaining to read anymore.

I vote nice price.

Reminds me of the time I was at the Yamato Road Tri-Rail station in Boca Raton, waiting for my 11-year old’s train that brought her home from school every day. 11 minutes before her commuter would pull in, an Amtrak express would barrel through and blow everyone’s hats off and skirts up. Well, one day, the Amtrak

The good news is, when it invariably breaks down, you can just carry it home on your shoulders like Atlas.

The asking price is probably NP, the maintenance costs will probably be CP though.

Just steal it from some aliens in the Delphic Expanse.

Why make up a fictional hull registry number when Roddenberry gave you the perfect identity?

For $400, plus the cost of the readily available for anywhere and dirt cheap 4T60 transmission, you have a relatively clean looking beater. Hell, if you wanted to double your cost of investment, you could buy the van, a GoPro, and find some sweet jumps to take it on and garner yourself some internet fame for boldly

An old man who wishes to be a young man puts the boner of a Corvette into a Blazer in hopes of catching tramps. But, Graverobber, you are correct. The axle variety is the only type he will find.

“Driven just as hard, twice the bodywork”

Don’t get me wrong, I kinda like it. I just don’t $10,000 like it. Reluctant CP.

cute as a hipster bug’s plug-adorned ear.

Generally not a fan of custom job creators thinking their vehicle is worth the money they sunk into it... as it usually isnt. This custom configuration is also a bit high on the asking price but appears much nicer than many others posted in the past.... Agree with your post, a slim NP but not for me.

This one is such a tough call. It appears to be a really well put together custom. I think the $10k is a bit much, but I could see someone paying near that asking price and not regret it. It’s more than I would pay, but not too far off.
