People are asking more than this for Evos with the same power level. This car is way better than an Evo. I’ve had an Evo and I now own a 996T, and there is no comparison (stock to stock).

I had an 86 and loved the thing. The engine was pitiful (22RE), but the thing was so light, the power was only a problem on big hills on the highway. I wish I never sold the thing.
