The biggest failure with this episode is that we knew that Negan was going to Lucille someone - the question leading up to this episode was who - bottom line the entire season has been a cliffhanger. Kirkman and Gimple can suck it.

Abraham was supposed be the one shot in the eye with the arrow. I think they spared him so they can spare Glenn his fate at the hands of Negan. I think Kirkman knows who it is, but the actors don't. And Brainlock, just because Cudlitz is keeping his hair means nothing - they still have to film the death scene.

"Maybe the writers will have an ad campaign where we can vote on it." - I'd vote for Robert Kirkman. They were trying to justify that lame-ass cliffhanger on talking dead but nobody was buying it. I don't even think Chris Hardwick bought it despite his efforts to tow the company line.
