I’d recommend picking a few of your fandoms/interests, and starting there - personally, I’m intermittently active in my particular nerdy areas of ASoIF (A Song of Ice and Fire), Skyrim, classical music, and Harry Potter. And on the rare occasion it does? It’s usually shouted down into oblivion, or swiftly removed by mods. I love the Gawker Media universe, but their constant hating on Reddit is obnoxious - it’s not like this site doens’t have its own enclave of racists, sexists, homophobes, and trolls. It’s almost like it’s not…

Because Jez/the GM universe has a raging hate boner for Reddit.

If it hasn’t already been mentioned below, St. Ives makes a fabulous green tea scrub that has worked wonders on my uber-sensitive skin...and bonus points, it’s cheap. I highly recommend it!

IT’S SO GOOD

Yesssss their green tea scrub is amazing. I use it 2x a week or so and it is marvelous on my skin - the apricot one was always a little too harsh for my sensitive skin, but the green tea one works wonders for both blackhead excavation and exfoliating.
