Siri was a app developed by a app store company. So im sure its pretty functional already.

It just means you don't understand the heuristics when people say "it works" no shit it turns on. But does it feel natural, win7 phone are unique. But the interface gets irritating after a while. Android is open-sourced but much like linux there are more versions of it than you can count.
