Given its size, wouldn’t it be easier to have a courier bring it over as their carry-on luggage?

That’s all I wanted for years for a console racing controller! Since the OG Gran Turismo on PS1, until I got into Sim Racing and went the full cockpit route, I thought that a RC controller would be a perfect controller for games like GT and Forza on consoles.

This reminded me of the rc style controller for my ps1 that was used exclusively for Team Losi RC Racer. It wasn’t exactly like this one, but pretty damn close:

GP sim nerds, your mission is clear: make this shit happen. the whole idea of creating a virtual F1 season with tracks no one has ever driven just seems so irresistible...

SNL is always funnier “5, 10, 15, 20" years ago. The new cast is never as good as the last one. I think the one from whenever you were 16-18 (1989-1992 for me) is always the best one.

Here’s my theory...

The explosion of the lift the already huge truck to make it huger just shows how angry and insecure some Americans are. 

People have been saying this exact same thing since 1995. (People were saying similar things earlier, but depending on when you might have to swap “1 year ago,” “5 years ago,” or “10 years ago” in for “20 years ago” out of necessity).

Are you roughly 35-40? Isn’t it commonly accepted that SNL’s best period lines up with when you were in your late teens?

Not going to lie, don’t like this being called a miracle. Instead, it’s a testament to a ton of hard work, from the people engineering the chassis, to the people engineering the halo itself - holy crap that thing is strong - and the people who engineered the safety suit, helmet and fire protection gear - that fireball…

Agreed. The plot isn’t oscar-winning stuff, but it’s no worse than the horde of witless superhero films. It’s never goïng to pass a Bechtel test, but at least the female lead can *do* stuff. Meanwhile the soundtrack and the cast are perfectly chosen, and it’s good high-tech eyecandy. With or without Ducati.

Wait, since when is Tron Legacy “unfortunate”? There’s some janky bits (especially the early de-aging special effects, which were extremely uncanny valley), but it was widely regarded as a Good Movie. I’m disappointed Disney abandoned the third Tron and most of their other more daring stuff to focus on their giant IPs…

Exactly, every vehicle doesn’t need 400+ horsepower.  Do we really need to expand the Mustang crowd into other manufacturers?  There wouldn’t be a single safe Coffee and Cars in the country.

It’s comments like this that have killed affordable performance cars.
